Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• You will receive an email with your tracking details once shipped.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery within the INDIA: 5–10 business days (depending on location).

• International shipping timelines may vary based on customs and courier partners.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• For now we are not accepting the shipping charges.

Damaged Packages

In case of visible damage upon delivery, please record an unboxing video and report the issue to support@metaloons.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
