Yes. Minor bends, soft corners, or factory imperfections may occur during international transit and are considered normal for collectibles unless stated otherwise.
RETURNS
Due to the collectible nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless:
- You receive an incorrect item
- The item is damaged in transit
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will assess and assist accordingly.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
