Refund & Return
We want every collector to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the collectible nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
- A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof at the time of opening.
- The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Shipping charges for return will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products without unboxing proof.
- Items damaged due to customer handling or improper storage.
- Discounted or clearance items.
Refund Process
- Upon verification of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
