💰 Refund & Return Policy – Metaloons

We want every collector to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the collectible nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof at the time of opening.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Shipping charges for return will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without unboxing proof.

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or improper storage.

  • Discounted or clearance items.

Refund Process

Upon verification of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
